Our Information Officer

In accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA), public and private bodies are required to register their Information Officers with the South African Information Regulator. An Information Officer may take up their POPIA duties once registered with the Regulator. (Empowered Compliance Monitoring)

NoSweat’s Information Officer is responsible for overseeing privacy, POPIA and PAIA matters and for assisting individuals who wish to exercise their rights regarding their personal information.
