How it works at NoSweat.co.za – it’s simple:
Clients post jobs with all the key details upfront — the start date, duration, required skills, and the budget (whether hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or per project). You see everything clearly before applying. Easy.
If you’re interested and available, you can apply directly.
If the client awards the job to you, they let us know, and we’ll get in touch to confirm your availability. We might ask for references, and if everything checks out, you’re good to go!
Important: The budget or salary stated in the job post — whether freelance or full-time — is final and non-negotiable. Please do not attempt to negotiate with clients. Only apply if you’re comfortable with the stated terms.
We’ll send you a Purchase Order (PO), and once the work starts, we’ll handle your payment, minus the PAYE, which we pay directly to SARS.
